The Plan: Pre-Production

PURPOSE: Capture the beauty of trekking in the Himalayas. Illustrate to the audience, the added joy and comfort of choosing this luxury expedition company.

  1. Meet with Adventure Sherpa Tracks in Seattle to discuss the storyboard and shotlist for the video. Discuss logistics and determine what gear we’ll need

  2. Present storyboard and shotlist within two weeks of meeting

  3. Get any final equipment necessary before production

Production & Post-Production

  • Filming to take place in Nepal throughout the duration of the trek

  • Additional interviews or B-roll can be arranged before or after the trek

  • Footage backed up throughout the trek with multiple copies for redundancy

  • Editing to take place after the trek back home. Typically requires two weeks for turnaround of first draft. Expedited turnaround can often be accommodated

  • If applicable, motion graphics/text and commercial-licensed music track included

  • Digital delivery to the Client via Google Drive
